Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons orange cake mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons marmalade
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine the cake mix, water and 1 tablespoon orange marmalade. Stir until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
- Heat on high for 60 seconds, remove and spread the remaining 1 tablespoon marmalade on top, then return to the microwave for a further 10 seconds.
- Let the cake cool for a minute or two before digging in. You can top it with a dollop of whipped cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
