  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine almond flour, grated parmesan, baking powder, olive oil, water and egg. Stir well until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
  • Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the base is set and firm to the touch.
