  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions
 

  • In a large microwave safe mug add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
  • Stir in the egg and melted butter.
  • Add the Cheddar cheese and chives. Mix until a thick, even batter forms.
