Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Biscoff cookie For the Topping (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug mix the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the Biscoff spread, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
  • Cook for 50-70 seconds until the cake is set but still soft in the center. (Microwave times vary, so start with 50 seconds and check.)
  • Crumble a Biscoff cookie on top for added crunch and serve warm!
