Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons red velvet cake mix
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 medium egg white
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • In the mug, combine the red velvet cake mix, coconut oil, water and 1 egg white. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  • Heat in the microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the center. Cooking time may vary depending on your microwave's power (start with 60 seconds and add time if needed).
