  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the milk and olive oil until a soft dough forms. Spread it evenly at the bottom of the mug.
  • Spoon the pizza sauce over the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top, followed by your favorite toppings and seasonings.
  • Heat on high for 60–90 seconds until the dough is set and the cheese is melted.
  • Let it cool for a minute, then dig in!
