Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese blended
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons apple peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon low carb brown sweetener monkfruit
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend cottage cheese until smooth and add the egg in a mug.
  • Stir in coconut flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add the almond milk.
  • Fold in chopped apple
  • Microwave for 60–90 seconds
  • Cool slightly before eating
