Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
  • Add the melted butter and milk and mix well.
  • Add the flour, baking powder and sugar. Stir until everything is well combined and the batter is smooth.
  • Spoon the Nutella on top of the mug cake mixture and gently swirl in the Nutella. Don’t overmix—just swirl it into the batter for a marbled effect.
  • Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes. The cake should rise and be set in the middle.
  • Let it cool for a minute, then enjoy your warm, gooey Banana Nutella Mug Cake!
